Children policy

Dzieci w wieku do lat 3 nocują bezpłatnie, jeżeli śpią na łóżku rodziców. W przypadku pobytu w Hotelu z dzieckiem należy spełnić uwarunkowania określone w Art. 22c ust. 3 Ustawy z dnia 13 maja 2016 r. o przeciwdziałaniu zagrożeniom przestępczością na tle seksualnym i ochronie małoletnich (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 560, 1228 z późn. zm.), tj. identyfikacji małoletniego przebywającego w obiekcie hotelarskim i jego relacji w stosunku do osoby dorosłej, z którą przebywa w tym obiekcie. Oznacza to, że przy zameldowaniu będzie konieczne podpisanie oświadczenia o stopniu pokrewieństwa. Jeśli dziecko nie przebywa w hotelu z rodzicem, wymagana jest pisemna zgoda rodziców lub opiekunów prawnych na pobyt dziecka w hotelu.

Pet policy

Obiekt akceptuje zwierzęta zgodnie z regulaminem pobytu ze zwierzętami. Warunkiem jest zgłoszenie przyjazdu Gościa ze zwierzęciem w momencie dokonywania rezerwacji. Koszt pobytu zwierzęcia wynosi 55 zł/dobę.

Cancellation terms

Klient zobowiązany jest do wpłaty zadatku w wysokości 30% wartości umowy podczas dokonywania rezerwacji. Niewpłacenie zadatku powoduje niedokończenie rezerwacji i nie wywołuje skutków dla żadnej ze stron. Wpłacanie zadatku oznacza akceptację przez Klienta warunków niniejszego regulaminu. Zadatek nie ulega zwrotowi. Klient zobowiązany jest do zapłaty ceny, odpowiadającej wartości umowy, pomniejszonej o wpłacony zadatek, najpóźniej pierwszego dnia pobytu
